Your Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with senior business and technology leaders across the organization to identify and coordinate top-level goals that can be achieved via technology investment
  • Utilizing your expertise in BI, data science workflows, and comprehensive understanding of business strategy and operations to shape the direction of AI-driven products across all areas of the org
  • Drive the medium term (3-6mo) and immediate roadmap for development of technology that drives specific business goals leveraging a mix of AI tools and core automation technology to create
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ideate AI-driven product concepts, test hypotheses using AI models, estimate costs and benefits of AI implementation, and determine the priority of viable AI-driven products
  • Effectively communicating the vision, strategy, and roadmap for each AI-driven product to stakeholders through various formal and informal channels, emphasizing the transformative impact of AI in product development.
  • Being expected to provide daily leadership and direction to cross-functional team(s) on priorities, driving a culture of business impact, transparency, and trust

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • Possess 5-8 years of product management experience in e-commerce data, retail, or consumer goods, with a deep understanding of AI applications in these domains.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from premier schools, with an MBA considered a plus.
  • Have experience in Marketplace, Planning & Buying, E-commerce, Retail, Supply Chain Management, Category Management, Vendor Management, or Partner Experience, which is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in working with large datasets and leveraging AI analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Your Role 

As an Operations Analyst, you will drive our toolset for Warehousing and last mile business by being responsible for bringing all the necessary insights from the data on hand and through plugging it into existing tool and create advanced new tools for analysis and decision making.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Continuing to build and fully automate our cost controlling tool including 3PL calendar.
  • Internally forecasting and capacity planning for our entire warehousing and last mile network.
  • Helping to create dashboards and visualization for performance tracking of our 3PL service providers.
  • Assisting to build analysis and tools for inventory accuracy tracking and identifying gaps and help reconcile between systems.

Your Profile


To succeed in this role you:

  • Completed a Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Have experience using SQL and Python to be able to put meaning to large data sets.
  • Have experience working with Tableau (or a similar tool like PowerBI) and leading the visualization design and reporting.
  • Bring strong analytical skills and experience working with Amazon and its ecosystem as well as other ERP systems (Netsuite previous experience is a big plus)

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

Your Role

You build together with us a best-in-class finance engine across multiple entities and jurisdictions. This position is ideal if you are looking for a high-intensity environment with outsized exposure to top management. You will be working directly with the CFO and his Chief of Staff on a wide array of financial & strategic tasks.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • crafting investor presentations, producing content and research for due diligence materials - fundraising efforts
  • coordinating ad hoc projects with the various Finance and Operations teams to execute key priorities of the management - strategic finance projects 
  • evaluating potential consolidation opportunities and kicking off the acquisition/merger process with our M&A team - strategic M&A
  • Producing discussion materials, participating to reporting calls and negotiation discussions - investor relations 

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • have first professional experience (>6 months) in (investment) banking, management consulting, venture capital or other business development positions
  • have financial knowledge of how a P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements work
  • have experience in financial modeling in Excel and are comfortable with key Corporate Finance concepts 
  • thrive in extremely dynamic and entrepreneurial environments, enjoy working independently and have the willingness to learn in challenging / fast paced environments
  • have strong analytical skills and an attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality
