YOUR ROLE

As an Import Operations Coordinator, you will manage the logistic process at Razor for a defined set of brands / vendors.  

• Track all shipments to ensure all documentation is in order for a smooth customs release.  
• Coordinate with several stakeholders to collect and analyze documents for accuracy.
• Fast learner when it comes to understanding and contextualizing the regulations set forth by U.S. Customs.  
• Upload invoices from vendors within two business days.  
• Execute other duties and projects as assigned.  

YOUR PROFILE

• A minimum of  1+ years of experience in an operational role
• are biased for action and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with proactive, hands-on approach and excellent problem-solving abilities
• should be willing to adapt to new systems and processes
• leverage strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders
• are proficient in Excel and business fluent in English ‍
