AHLUWALIA

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Born & raised in Germany, Tushar is a serial entrepreneur building market-leading consumer tech companies for the last decade. In 2011, he was recruited by Rocket Internet to take over India country operations for Westwing, Europe’s leader in home & living e-commerce. Thereafter, Tushar founded StalkBuyLove, one of India’s largest fashion D2C businesses (~1m transactions p.a.) with a unique tech-enabled supply-chain advantage. In 2017, he was included in the Forbes 30under30 ranking in pan-Asia incl. China. Tushar holds an MSc degree from London Business School (top 10%) and a BSc from European Business School Oestrich-Winkel.

SHRESTHA

CHOWDHURY

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Shrestha is a technologist with 9+ years of tech and product experience. She has a Bachelors in Computer Science from Stanford University, the world's number one engineering school. She was also a national topper in Science among ~1.5 million high school students in the All India Central Board Exams (AISSE). Shrestha has led technology and analytics functions at various e-commerce businesses and was previously the Chief Technology Officer at a leading Indian D2C e-commerce company StalkBuyLove.

DR. OLIVER

DLUGOSCH

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Oliver is a physicist by training and completed his PhD Summa Cum Laude. He also holds an MSc and a BSc degree (GPA 4.0) in Physics. Prior to co-founding Razor Group, Oliver worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company for over 5 years, where he worked with clients from different industries and across geographies. He focused on technology, operations and organization, including projects such as lean operations in automotive, organizational optimization in healthcare and business intelligence in pharmaceuticals.

FELIX GAMON

Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer

Chris initially spent a number of years in the TMT investment banking division at UBS in London. Prior to co-founding Razor Group, he was Chief of Staff to the Management Board at Rocket Internet and was a Founding Partner at Flash Ventures. Chris graduated with a BSc degree from the London School of Economics.

Chief Commercial Officer

Max initially worked at McKinsey & Company for several years. Thereafter, he was recruited by Rocket Internet to launch Carspring, an online platform revolutionizing the way people buy and sell used cars. In 2017, he was named in the Forbes 30under30 ranking for “Europe - Retail & e-commerce”. Before joining Razor, he worked at a German Mittelstand company Amex Sanivar as Managing Director and was also an advisory board member at HYTECON. He graduated with an MSc degree from London Business School (Top 10%) and a BSc from University of St. Gallen.
