INTERVIEW PROCESS

WHAT OUR PROCESS LOOKS LIKE

Our interview process doesn’t look the same for every role, but
we usually follow the structure below.

1st Round

Get to know each other

Once our Talent Acquisition Team has carefully reviewed your profile and believes that you are a potential candidate for the role, you will be invited to a 30 minute call. During this call, we are excited to hear more about you and your prior experiences and talk to you more about Razor Group and what we have to offer.

2nd Round

Show your skills

If the opportunity sounds interesting to you and we feel that you’d be a fantastic fit for the role, you will be invited to a second interview. This call is usually with the Hiring Manager and will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills. In some cases, this means completing a case study before or during the interview and presenting your results.

3rd Round

Experience Razor deep dive

After successfully demonstrating your skill set and diving deeper into the role, we’ll schedule your final interview with someone from your potential team. This interview is to establish a good team fit and for you to clarify any questions you may have.
