Die Rechtsabteilung unterstützt aus Berlin die weltweit agierenden Bereiche und Gesellschaften bei nationalen und internationalen Projekten mit Fokus auf dem Gesellschaftsrecht (Gründung von Gesellschaften, Corporate Housekeeping, Konsolidierung), M&A (Transaktionen und Integration), Commercial Law (u.a. Arbeitsrecht) und Begleitung von Litigation. 

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

Das Legal Team unterstützt aus Berlin die weltweit agierenden Bereiche und Gesellschaften bei nationalen und internationalen Projekten mit Fokus auf dem Gesellschaftsrecht (Gründung von Gesellschaften, Corporate Housekeeping, Konsolidierung), M&A (Transaktionen und Integration), Commercial Law (u.a. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Du entlastest das Legal Team bei rechtlichen und administrativen Aufgaben, fertigst eigenständig Recherchen und Ausarbeitungen zu Fragen des allgemeinen Zivilrechts und Gesellschaftsrechts an;
  • Du übernimmst kleinere Verfahren und begleitest mit dem Team größere Verfahren/Arbitration, sowohl in Deutschland als auch im Ausland;

Your Role

We are looking for a bar-raising Senior NetSuite Accounting Manager to bring our current ERP and inventory accounting to the next level of automation. An effective senior NetSuite accounting manager is expected to drive, design and develop relevant technical, functional, and process skills to support financial systems projects and initiatives, which affect inventory accounting. We are looking for individual contributor candidates who have held similar positions in large public companies or who have held functional engineering /consultant level positions with a consulting firm for 10 or more years with at least 5 years in NetSuite technology implementations. Successful candidates for this position will have the equivalent of 10+ years of general professional experience (including broad financial reporting systems and process implementation experience).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering automated solutions for Inventory and COGS accounting in NetSuite
  • Write design documents and execute related system changes to increase automation of inventory accounting process
  • Ensure thorough documentation of automation and reporting conclusions.
  • Identify opportunities to design and deploy technology solution that enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements primarily with NetSuite.
  • Ensure application controls are designed and operation effectively to support internal controls over financial reporting.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • are carrying a bachelor or master’s degree in information technology, economics, finance, aaccounting, financial statement processes is a plus
  • have 10+ years of professional experience in NetSuite implementation, preferably working with Big 4 accounting firms and Fortune 500 clients and/or in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of successful design, implementation, and/or participation in large-scale enterprise accounting applications

Your Role 

As a Senior FP&A Manager, you take part in building a best-in-class finance across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Your proven seniority aligns with our high-intensity environment with outsized exposure to top management. You will be working on high-impact initiatives with various members of Razor Management across Commercial, Growth and Operations.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Mastering and owning key Razor datasets (e.g. Amazon data, Inventory data) to produce various financial analysis or revenue generating / cost saving opportunities.
  • Gathering commercial and financial data to build key Operational decision-making models.
  • Understanding Razor's tech stack (Tableau, Oracle Netsuite, Hubspot, Web Scraper, etc.) and work closely with our Tech team to coordinate the development of new automation workflows and new dashboards to visualize financial performance.
  • Partnering with our Commercial team to enable decision-making, improve the quality of data and dissect financial performance.
  • Working on recurring Management reporting and develop your own area of expertise.
  • Acting as a bridge between Accounting and Commercial to tie together accounting financial statements and operational performance reporting.

 

Your Profile

 

To succeed in this role you:

  • Have 4+ years of professional experience in Finance, FP&A, Management Consulting, Finance BI roles.
  • Have worked daily with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau (and equivalents), are able to build queries and financial models.
  • Enjoy project management and business partnering, collaborating with Operations, Tech and Accounting teams across various types of projects.
  • Are tech-minded and strive to eliminate manual processes, find hacks to eliminate error-prone and time-consuming processes, and are able to guide a Product/Tech team into efficiently building products.

We are seeking a skilled  Direct Tax Manager to oversee and manage our direct tax compliance (especially in Germany). This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our business adheres to corporate income tax and trade tax regulations in Germany.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the punctual and precise reporting of incomeand trade tax within Germany.
  • Cooperating with accounting team on tax provisions,deferred taxes, tax disclosures, tax account reconciliations and other financialreporting processes. Supporting other related direct tax filings.
  • Support in reviewing contracts from a taxperspective covering e.g. WHT and CIT clauses, and support in preparingintercompany agreements.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholdersand external advisors to address direct tax and transfer pricing-relatedqueries and provide guidance on direct tax /TP matters.
  • Collaborating with tax authorities during taxaudits, offering requested documentation and explanations.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree inaccounting, finance, taxation, or a related field.
  • Have proven track record (min. 3years) in handling German direct tax compliance (income tax, trade tax, profitand loss transfer agreements, etc.).
