Your Role

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Coordinate pick-ups of orders from various warehouses with shipment partners
  • Develop and maintain cost tracking for deliveries
  • Solve any "just in time" issues that arise with delivery (internal team members, external drivers/dispatchers)

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • Willing to become proficient in various WMS & 3PL Platforms
  • Experience in demand/resource planning

  • As a Netsuite Integrations Developer you will be responsible for integrating our ERP (Oracle Netsuite) into a broader landscape of marketplaces, warehousing management systems, Purchase Order management systems, logisitc’s interfaces, various financial systems and more.
  • This position is a key driver in designing and implementing end to end integrations via Celigo’s iPaaS tool Integrator.io, dell Boomi, other middleware, using both pre-built and custom flows or direct connections to ensure all of our data is correctly mapped and validated.
  • You will define and execute test plans to successfully release new developments to our productive environment. Also, you will set up robust documentation for all your developments.
  • Guiding internal conversations surrounding the capabilities of NetSuite and the broader architecture from a customization / automation standpoint
  • Make recommendations to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiencies

 

Your Profile

  • +5 years of experience defining and implementing process interfaces, data models, and integration points across disparate, complex cloud applications, leveraging EDI, API, and other pipelines.
  • Extensive experience integrating Netsuite via API or leveraging 3rd-party integration tools such as Celigo or Dell Boomi
  • You have a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field from a top tier university

Your Role

We are looking for an analytical and consumer obsessed Product Manager to build Razor Group’s DtoC (E-commerce) businesses.The person will be responsible to work with the tech team to implement new features, optimise our ecommerce webstores, launch apps to increase overall user engagement, conversion and revenue gains.

Responsibilities include:

  • You will need to prioritise product features based on business and consumer needs. Identify Shopify plugins, or create UI specifications and wireframes. Liaise with the Head of Product/ with specific implementation and roll-out plans. 
  • xsYou will work with a stellar team of 10+ people across product, tech and design (UI/UX).

  • You should have experience working in Magento and/or Shopify.  Some knowledge of HTML, Google optimize is a plus. Some experience with web hostings, system integrations and web crawling is required.

  • have 2+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketing or an analytical function, preferably at a fast paced startup
  • thrive in an environment with entrepreneurial ambition, proactive approaches and hands-on approach attitude
  • demonstrate your previous experience in ecommerce, ideally even from managing your own web-shop or something related
  • are business fluent in English and German is a plus

Your Role

At the center of Operations and directly reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the team helps management defining and leading portfolio growth and cost efficiency initiatives. Mission can vary widely and involve multiple stakeholders, up to the highest seniority of the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • supporting the management team in strategic decisions through insights and analysis
  • working on high-priority problems for the founding team and report on the progress of projects
  • identifying and executing on opportunities to create value and competitive advantages for portfolio growth and profitability
  • taking full ownership of your own work stream within the Special Project team
  • creating innovative solutions to problems that arise across the company
  • researching the operational drivers of the financial performance of our assets and identifying trends and opportunities
  • building and monitoring automated reports on the financial performance of our assets, with the help of our Tech team

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • are student or a recent graduate with a strong academic background in Business, Economics or a related field
  • have relevant work experience in a high performance, dynamic environment or other roles with a strategic focus (Consulting, Investment banking or high growth start up)
  • have a proven-track record of analytical skills, understand PnL structure, and corporate finance basics
  • demonstrate entrepreneurial ambition, are proactive and are excited to grow our company
  • are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and experience communicating with senior management
  • are willing to take on responsibility and ownership for a work stream within a project
  • are business fluent in English

Your Role

As a member of the Brand Management Team you will be in charge of one of our category-winning brands on Amazon and will have end-to-end responsibility to further fuel the growth of your brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • having full P&L responsibility of the products within your brands, this includes product innovation and development, supply-chain & logistics optimization, expansion, and brand creation 
  • identifying, evaluating and executing growth actions on and beyond Amazon to increase your brands’ profits 
  • owning all brand-related projects and collaborating with our internal functional teams (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics, Marketplace Advertising, Performance Marketing)
  • analyzing your brands’ performance and taking the right decisions by using our internal reporting tools

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • have a bachelor’s or master's degree in management, economics, or in related field
  • have 1+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably at an e-commerce start-up or in consulting
  • thrive in entrepreneurial environment with proactive, hands-on approach 
  • demonstrate clear ownership and end-to-end thinking as well as strong analytical skills
  • ideally you have managed or built your own FBA business or e-commerce business in order to be familiar with your brand’s finance, supply chain, and marketing needs
  • are proficient in Excel and business fluent in English
