Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team in the Commercial Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing a robust portfolio of products in 8+ categories in Mercado Libre, maximizing sales and product visibility.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute stirring pricing strategies to increase visibility and sales of our products in Mercado Libre
  • Month over month forecast creation and inventory transfer  planning (from warehouse to FULL)
  •  Manage Mercado Libre accounts including promotions, listings, product optimization and metric analysis
  • Conduct regular analysis of pricing trends, competitor pricing strategies, and market demand to inform pricing decisions
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
  • Establish strong relationships with key business partners in Mercado Libre and negotiate favorable ways of working
  • Work hand by hand with support teams such as Marketing, Catalog, Customer Service, Fulfillment and Warehouse.
  • Plan the monthly Paid Ads strategy and enter relevant campaigns in the platform

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • Demonstrate previous experience in managing Mercado Libre online channel (best practices, policies, tools, promotions) + 2 years of proven experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with business partners and internal teams.
  • Proven experience in pricing optimization and analysis, with a strong understanding of pricing strategies and methodologies

As an Inventory Accounting Manager, you will join the Accounting team and be expected to understand internal control design concepts sufficient to assess the effectiveness of controls in your area and to influence the design of systems, processes, and controls for emerging and growing business activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising the company's cycle count program to maintain accuracy and reliability in inventory management

Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced German Tax Manager to oversee and manage our direct tax compliance (especially in Germany). This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our business adheres to corporate income tax and trade tax regulations in Germany.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and ensuring the punctual and precise reporting of income and trade tax within Germany.
  • Cooperating with accounting team on tax provisions, deferred taxes, tax disclosures, tax account reconciliations and other financial reporting processes plus supporting other related direct tax filings

Your Profile

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or a related field.
  • Have a proven track record (min 4y.) in handling German direct tax compliance (income tax, trade tax, profit, HGB regulations, profit and loss transfer agreements, etc.)
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office and NetSuite / financial ERP or other analytical tools.
  • Have experience with income taxes in the U.S. or in the U.K. is a definite asset.

Your Role

As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will be the main driver of innovative and disruptive new consumer products at Razor group. You will specialize across different categories and markets/regions to identify and develop differentiated products that consumers love. By constantly improving Razor Group’s product quality, customer experience, and design, you will have a sustainable and long-lasting impact. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Product Development & Management from first concept sketch to market maturity
  • analyzing our product portfolio and create outstanding designs that shape the corporate identity of our brand and provide superior value to consumers 
  • working closely with our Brand Managers and Category Strategists to continuously iterate on criteria that influence the success of product launches
  • leading fast-paced projects in agile teams from start to finish, i.e.you design consumer products while working with suppliers, manufacturing, and engineering teams and always staying focused on functionality and user experience
  • scouting for the next design trends and evaluate how they could affect our existing portfolio

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • completed a master’s degree in  product design, industrial design, or mechanical engineering
  • have 5+ years of relevant work experience in professional industrial design of physical consumer products (ideally in Home, Kitchen, Gardening, Sports, Pet Supplies, and/or similar fields) 
  • have demonstrated experience in project management and/or developing products to market maturity
  • have proficiency in communicating with foreign manufacturers
  • have strong knowledge of various production processes and materials
  • have good knowledge in parametric modeling software (e.g. Solidworks, ProE, Fusion360...) & Rendering-Software Keyshot
  • can showcase your past work and depth of thinking in a PDF or website format - please share this with your application
  • thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and love a proactive, hands-on approach, while handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • are business fluent in English (written, listening, and oral communication)

Your Role

You build together with us a best-in-class finance engine across multiple entities and jurisdictions. This position is ideal if you are looking for a high-intensity environment with outsized exposure to top management. You will be working directly with the CFO and his Chief of Staff on a wide array of financial & strategic tasks.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • crafting investor presentations, producing content and research for due diligence materials - fundraising efforts
  • coordinating ad hoc projects with the various Finance and Operations teams to execute key priorities of the management - strategic finance projects 
  • evaluating potential consolidation opportunities and kicking off the acquisition/merger process with our M&A team - strategic M&A
  • Producing discussion materials, participating to reporting calls and negotiation discussions - investor relations 

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • have first professional experience (>6 months) in (investment) banking, management consulting, venture capital or other business development positions
  • have financial knowledge of how a P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements work
  • have experience in financial modeling in Excel and are comfortable with key Corporate Finance concepts 
  • thrive in extremely dynamic and entrepreneurial environments, enjoy working independently and have the willingness to learn in challenging / fast paced environments
  • have strong analytical skills and an attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality
  • are business fluent in English, German is a plus
