Your Role

As SEO Project Manager you will work across Razor’s entire brand portfolio to identify, evaluate and execute on new SEO and content strategies. You will work hand-in-hand with our Organic Growth Team, Creatives and Brand Managers to analyze new product listing strategies and bring them to market quickly. Your Profile

Invoices (Fapiao) management

  • Tracking, collecting, and verifying special ‘Fapiao’ invoices in the online tax system of the in-charge Tax Authority, and for special VAT deduction, include physical visits to the tax office.
  • According to the need to tax authority or competent agencies deal with the issues of invoices, or purchase official “Fapiao” invoices from the in-charge tax authority, issuing of ‘Fapiao’ invoices on the official government printer, etc.

Applying for export VAT refund

  • Collect the required information in the online customs system of the competent authority and then enter this information into the VAT export tax refund system.

According to shipment requirements making export documents (e.g., customs declaration, collect payments, and related matters)

  • Work together with freight forwarding for customs export related matters

Work together with outsourcing accounting agency about bookkeeping, monthly financial statements and reports, tax declaration, financial audit, and related matters

Your Profile

  • Do an inbound invoice check for basic errors/mistakes before submitting the invoice to accounting for further processing in NS.
  • Do a basic rate card vs invoice check to identify errors and push the invoice back in discussion with 3PL.
  • Check the correct assignment of GL accounts by Accountants against the line items on the invoices.
  • Do a deep dive along with WH Managers on the previous invoices and build a ‘credit claim’ report by vendor to be then led by WH Mgr for discussion of claims.
  • Support with all kinds of analysis that comes out of NS for Cost Control. Example – Accrual projection vs actuals by vendor by month by service type, etc.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a minimum bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field with focus on economics or finance
  • You have 2-3 years relevant professional experience in the finance, accounting or controlling department of a well-known company (e-commerce background is a plus)
  • You are able to quickly understand, analyze, and structure complex financial issues
  • You are willing to challenge the status-quo of the processes in which you are involved

You build together with us a best-in-class finance engine across multiple entities and jurisdictions.   • You work in close cooperation with other developers, our product team and and other business leaders to influence product and program decisions with data

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field from a top tier university
  •  You are highly proficient in database, visualization, and data science tool Tableau
  • You have strong experience in data analysis, writing complex SQL queries using joins, unions etc. and developing e-commerce dashboards
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • You have a strong understanding of different business cases in e-commerce environment
  • Dealing with evolving and complex data schemas is a matter of course to you

Your Role

As a member of the Portfolio Strategy Team you will work on some of our category-winning brands, support them further and fuel their growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • supporting us to grow the business together with the founding team and help us build a leading portfolio of e-commerce brands
  • analyzing our portfolio’s performance as well as understanding new trends within the different categories and niches by using our internal reporting tools as well as external sources
  • taking ownership and contributing to various internal projects to improve our operational excellence
  • proactively challenging the status quo by bringing an outside-perspective to the table  

 

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • are studying business administration, economics, or another business-related degree and have relevant work experience (e. g. start-up environment)
  • have exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality
  • are highly ambitious and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • have a good level of proficiency when working with excel
  • are fluent in English, German is a plus
  • are available for 6 months
