Your Role

The Group General Counsel will serve as the chief legal advisor for Razor, providing comprehensive legal oversight and ensuring the company operates within the legal frameworks of the jurisdictions it operates in. This role requires a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in M&A, company law, venture capital financing, e-commerce who is able to manage complex projects, to find pragmatic solutions for legal challenges and to lead a team of excellent legal professionals. The Group General Counsel will play a critical role in guiding the company's legal strategy, managing legal risks, and ensuring compliance regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • furthering the development and implementation of our legal strategy in alignment with evolving business objectives.
  • providing strategic legal advice to the executive team and other team members on a wide range of issues including M&A, compliance, intellectual property, contracts, and litigation.
  • leading and managing the legal department, including internal and external legal resources.
  • ensuring our corporate governance framework and overseeing the preparation and management of board meetings, minutes, and resolutions.

Your Profile 

To succeed in this role you:

  • are a fully qualified German lawyer with a strong academic record.
  • gained 6+ years’ experience in a law firm as well as in an in-house environment in M&A, corporate law, commercial law (experience in public capital markets law is a plus).
  • have a solid understanding of other legal areas such as IP law, consumer law, labor law and are able to draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts.

Your Role

As a Fulfilment Operation Manager, you will drive our business by being responsible for overseeing all end-to-end 3PL operations and bridging the operational processes between Freight forwarding, warehousing, fulfilment and distribution (last mile). You will also work closely with our Customer Success team and external service providers in Logistics to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of products to customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and leading the coordination of e-commerce fulfilment and distribution operations from third-party logistics locations pan-EU (including UK) as  well as in future Razor-owned fulfilment centres.
  • Taking Ownership of following processes but not limited to - Inbound shipments, Outbound Sales Orders, Outbound Transfer Orders, Inventory/stock  Management, Performance measurement and reporting of the partners, Cost Management – Tracking and Control 
  • Assisting the team with high-efficient inventory management tools and implement SOPs to help improve fulfilment accuracy. 
  • Identifying and qualifying new third-party logistic partners to meet Razor’s growing needs and requirements and ensure that all 3PLs meet their  commitments in terms of price, efficiency, and documentation required according to the agreements 
  • Setting up and monitoring the processes of proper storage, packaging, labelling, and shipping of different Razor products and partner with our Marketing  team on insertion of marketing media, helping to ensure a high-quality delivery experience for our customers 
  • You will be the key contact for our Customer Success Team for logistics topics, order processing accuracy, and warehousing-related issues 
  • Working together with our Accounting team to ensure all 3PL and freight payments are in compliance with Contracts and SLA’s 
  • Owning the process of the inventory traceability and will take care of Quality Assurance and Inventory Control Checks with 3PL and report any damages or missing inventory 

 

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Have 5+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role in distribution and fulfilment or a related field
  • Have an experience managing domestic logistics contracts for both small parcel couriers, i.e. DHL, DPD as well as LTL
  • Have an experience developing 3PL relationships, both domestic and international
  • Have an experience in inventory management modelling, forecasting, reporting, and automation
  • Have an experience in ERP Procure-to-Pay & inventory modules
  • Have an experience with E-commerce platforms and interfaces with ERP and 3PL providers systems
  • Have a strong computer and analytical skills and experience working with Amazon and its ecosystem as well as other ERP systems (Netsuite previous experience is a big plus)

Your Role 

As a Senior FP&A Manager, you take part in building a best-in-class finance across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Your proven seniority aligns with our high-intensity environment with outsized exposure to top management. You will be working on high-impact initiatives with various members of Razor Management across Commercial, Growth and Operations.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Mastering and owning key Razor datasets (e.g. Amazon data, Inventory data) to produce various financial analysis or revenue generating / cost saving opportunities.
  • Gathering commercial and financial data to build key Operational decision-making models.
  • Understanding Razor's tech stack (Tableau, Oracle Netsuite, Hubspot, Web Scraper, etc.) and work closely with our Tech team to coordinate the development of new automation workflows and new dashboards to visualize financial performance.
  • Partnering with our Commercial team to enable decision-making, improve the quality of data and dissect financial performance.
  • Working on recurring Management reporting and develop your own area of expertise.
  • Acting as a bridge between Accounting and Commercial to tie together accounting financial statements and operational performance reporting.

  • Have 4+ years of professional experience in Finance, FP&A, Management Consulting, Finance BI roles.
  • Have worked daily with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau (and equivalents), are able to build queries and financial models.

We are seeking a skilled Tax Manager to oversee and manage our direct tax compliance (especially in Germany). This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our business adheres to corporate income tax and trade tax regulations in Germany.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the punctual and precise reporting of incomeand trade tax within Germany.
  • Cooperating with accounting team on tax provisions,deferred taxes, tax disclosures, tax account reconciliations and other financialreporting processes. Supporting other related direct tax filings.
  • Support in reviewing contracts from a taxperspective covering e.g. WHT and CIT clauses, and support in preparingintercompany agreements.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholdersand external advisors to address direct tax and transfer pricing-relatedqueries and provide guidance on direct tax /TP matters.
  • Collaborating with tax authorities during taxaudits, offering requested documentation and explanations.

Your Profile
