Your Role

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role you:

  • Have a Master’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, law or equivalent in a related field. 
  • Bring 6+ years of progressive Human Resources management experience, of which at least 3+ years are in a managerial role and includes providing advise to senior management/executives 
  • Have demonstrated the ability to deliver HR solutions within a fast-paced and exacting operational context.

Your Responsibilities

  • You develop group-wide accounting processes by developing standards and guidelines;

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed business studies with a focus on accounting, finance or an equivalent training;

  • You have a good knowledge of IFRS Accounting-international accounting standards-, ideally with a Big 4 background in auditing, financial accounting/advisory in industry;
  • CPA, ACCA, ACA, or an equivalent certification would be an advantage;

Your Role

As Senior Product Manager leading our AI-driven technology efforts focused on physical product innovation (e.g. AI-driven technology used to launch new physical products on ecommerce marketplaces), you will be responsible for leading and working with a team of data analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to accelerate measurable outcomes for the largest multi-category Amazon-focused consumer products company in the world. You will have access to unique datasets drawn from live and historical performance and consumer feedback of tens of thousands of owned live product listings and millions of 3rd competitor listings to build and evolve a world-first digital-concept-to-physical-product automation pipeline

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with senior business and technology leaders across the organization to identify and coordinate top-level goals that can be achieved via technology investment
  • Utilizing your expertise in BI, data science workflows, and comprehensive understanding of business strategy and operations to shape the direction of AI-driven products across all areas of the org
  • Drive the medium term (3-6mo) and immediate roadmap for development of technology that drives specific business goals leveraging a mix of AI tools and core automation technology to create
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ideate AI-driven product concepts, test hypotheses using AI models, estimate costs and benefits of AI implementation, and determine the priority of viable AI-driven products
  • Effectively communicating the vision, strategy, and roadmap for each AI-driven product to stakeholders through various formal and informal channels, emphasizing the transformative impact of AI in product development.
  • Being expected to provide daily leadership and direction to cross-functional team(s) on priorities, driving a culture of business impact, transparency, and trust
  • Helping build products to ensure scalability from region to region, incorporating different needs into the roadmap, driving uniformity wherever possible and enabling customization where strategically warranted
  • Monitor competitive and comparable capabilities to inform product strategy and design
  • Drive internal metrics for measuring speed to market, quality of development, and ROI

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • Possess 5-8 years of product management experience in e-commerce data, retail, or consumer goods, with a deep understanding of AI applications in these domains.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from premier schools, with an MBA considered a plus.
  • Have experience in Marketplace, Planning & Buying, E-commerce, Retail, Supply Chain Management, Category Management, Vendor Management, or Partner Experience, which is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in working with large datasets and leveraging AI analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Are tech-savvy with a keen interest in monitoring industry and AI technology trends, providing thought leadership in AI-driven product development.
  • Are an innovative, strategic thinker capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on solving complex problems through AI solutions.
  • Have prior experience working with engineering teams throughout the complete technology product lifecycle, particularly in integrating AI into product development.

As Project Management Intern for our Design Team you will play a crucial role in supporting the Team lead and ensuring the smooth operation of projects within the Design Team and collaborations with external stakeholders. Your Role 

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you take part in building a best-in-class finance across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Your proven seniority aligns with our high-intensity environment with outsized exposure to top management. You will be working on high-impact initiatives with various members of Razor Management across Commercial, Growth and Operations.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Mastering and owning key Razor datasets (e.g. Amazon data, Inventory data) to produce various financial analysis or revenue generating / cost saving opportunities.
  • Gathering commercial and financial data to build key Operational decision-making models.
  • Understanding Razor's tech stack (Tableau, Oracle Netsuite, Hubspot, Web Scraper, etc.) and work closely with our Tech team to coordinate the development of new automation workflows and new dashboards to visualize financial performance.

  • Have 4+ years of professional experience in Finance, FP&A, Management Consulting, Finance BI roles.
  • Have worked daily with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau (and equivalents), are able to build queries and financial models.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating Purchase Order placement and negotiation of Trade Terms, Pricing etc.
  • Supporting the freight forwarding department for all LATAM shipments
  • Managing daily communication with all LATAM based Suppliers.
