Your Role

Razor is seeking a highly driven and analytical analyst to join our team as a Senior Analyst of the Decision Engine, focusing on inventory optimization algorithms. The Decision Engine:

Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership:  

  • Own the roadmap execution for the inventory optimization algorithms within the Decision Engine.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and align algorithmic strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to implement innovative demand substitution and replenishment models.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Algorithmic Development and Implementation:  

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of advanced algorithms for inventory optimization levers.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines that feed the Decision Engine with timely inventory data, cost insights, and internal performance metrics.
  • Build and refine economic models that forecast demand, measure volatility, and impact the supply chain.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate algorithms and models into the Decision Engine platform.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in algorithmic performance and implement solutions to maximize profitability and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:  

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments, including portfolio management, operations, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of algorithmic strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights.

 

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you: 

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
  • Have 1+ years of relevant experience in data science, algorithmic development, or quantitative modeling, with a proven track record of successfully contributing to automated quantitative algorithms.
  • Have an experience in e-commerce, consumer products, or quantitative trading industries is highly desirable.
  • Are proficient in Python and SQL, with experience developing and deploying production-level pipelines.
  • Have a developing understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and optimization techniques.
  • Have an experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies is a plus.

Your Role

The Head of IT, Security and Compliance is responsible for management of IT infrastructure and ensuring the overall security, compliance, and privacy of the company's IT systems, data, and processes. Your Role

Razor is seeking a highly driven and analytical analyst to join our team as a Senior Analyst of the Decision Engine, focusing on pricing and promotions algorithms. Your responsibilities will include:

Algorithmic Development and Implementation:

  • Own the roadmap execution for the pricing and promotions optimization algorithms within the Decision Engine.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and align algorithmic strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to implement innovative pricing and promotions models.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of advanced algorithms for dynamic pricing, and promotions levers.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines that feed the Decision Engine with timely market data, competitor insights, and internal performance metrics.
  • Build and refine economic models that leverage price elasticities and demand forecasts.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate algorithms and models into the Decision Engine platform.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in algorithmic performance and implement solutions to maximize profitability and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments, including portfolio management, operations, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of algorithmic strategies.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
  • Have 1+ years of relevant experience in data science, algorithmic development, or quantitative modelling, with a proven track record of successfully contributing to automated quantitative algorithms.
  • Have experience in e-commerce, consumer products, or quantitative trading industries is highly desirable.
  • Have high proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in developing and deploying production-level pipelines.
  • Have developed an understanding of statistical modelling, machine learning algorithms, and optimization techniques
  • Have experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies is a plus.

Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions to support our applications and Services. You will be instrumental in shaping the architecture and driving innovation across our cloud-based environment, ensuring seamless integration and operation of our systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Design: Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable, cost-effective, and secure solutions on AWS, leveraging services like EC2, S3, Lambda, Redshift, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS, and CloudFormation.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions/ Apps, ensuring efficient, automated, and reliable build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Automation and Configuration Management: Automate infrastructure and application provisioning, to provide a self services approach for other engineers.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles with a strong focus on AWS cloud services and architecture.
  • Have deep expertise in AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, CloudFormation, and RDS.
  • Have proficiency with GitHub, including GitHub Actions, version control workflows, and repository management.
  • Have strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Have hands-on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Have solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Have strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages for automation tasks.

We are looking for Analytics Lead with strong analytics and data warehousing experience who can lead the design and optimize world class data platform that forms the backbone of our e-commerce operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

YOUR ROLE

You build together with us a best-in-class finance engine across multiple entities and jurisdictions. This position is ideal if you are looking for a high-intensity environment with outsized exposure to top management. You will be working directly with the CFO and his Chief of Staff on a wide array of financial & strategic tasks.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • crafting investor presentations, producing content and research for due diligence materials - fundraising efforts
  • coordinating ad hoc projects with the various Finance and Operations teams to execute key priorities of the management - strategic finance projects 
  • evaluating potential consolidation opportunities and kicking off the acquisition/merger process with our M&A team - strategic M&A

YOUR PROFILE
