Next, we will deep dive into your financial information and operational setup. Then, based on our improved understanding of your business, we will be able to assess if your brand is a suitable fit for Razor’s portfolio, in which case we will make you a strong offer.

Closing & Integration

Lastly, we will sign the documents and formalise the transaction. You can expect the payment in your bank account a day later. With the whole process taking only a few weeks, you will quickly be able to move on to your next entrepreneurial masterpiece!
